Application of "BTF-Iodis" technology on winter and spring rapes

In Ukraine, for the better handling of winter rape - crops, it is advisable to apply special rape - cereal rotations. Above all, the following variants are recommended:

1. Winter rape - winter wheat, oil-bearing black radish on green manure +barley under sow clovers-clover-winter wheat.
2. Winter rape - winter wheat-winter barley.
3. Winter rape - winter wheat.
4. Perennial weeds -winter rape- winter wheat-silo maize, peas-winter wheat-spring rape-barley with reseeding long term weeds.

Winter and spring rape grow very well on black earth, dark-gray and ash soil. It is more beneficial for this crops counting on the soil with (humus) decomposed organic matter of lot less than 0,9-11%, salt acidity solution on the indices PH within the scope of 5.8-6.5.

Optimal thickness of the plant with good development of the joins in autumn - 80-120, and in spring - 60-80 pcs/Sq². On the calculation of this optimal hectare norms of seeds treatment or winter rapes, within the scope of 4-6 kg or 0.8-1.2 mln. germinating seeds on 1 hec. Is recommended.

For normal development of rapes plant before germination in winter, 60-80 days total temperature of 600-7000С is necessary.

Spring rapes - is a long term plant therefore it requires early planting.

Recommended standards per hectare-4-6 kg/hec, in order to get the quantity of plan to be 120-140 pcs./sq².

On the wide-space sowing of rapes with space intervals of 45 cm seeding rate is 2,5-3,0 kg/hec.

Seed treatment is conducted with "BTF-I-OX-m,"( БТФ - ОХ - м,), on the standard use of the substance from 0.9 to 0.2ltr per tone with the use of spray (mix "BTF Iodis with water according to the accepted proportion of the treated seeds of 10-30l tr/t.

On the treatment of seeds with "BTF-Iodis" standard application of herbicide reduces by 50% (Oftanol T; vitavaks 200)

Cost Implications for 1 hectare are:

1. Pre sowing seeds treatment, - $3.2/ hec, (VAT inclusive).
2. First fertilizing (winter rape) in early stage of budding 5l tr/hec. - $40., VAT inclusive.
3. First application of fertilizers (spring rape)- in early phase of shooting out leaves 3l tr - $20 VAT inclusive.
4. Second application of fertilizers (spring rape)- in early phase of budding - 3l tr - $20 VAT inclusive.
